and Marketing Agreement

e-Radio USA to use HD Radio™ Technology in Application Development

 

LAS VEGAS, NV, International Consumer Electronics Show - January 5, 2005 -- iBiquity Digital Corporation, the sole developer of digital HD Radio™ technology, and e-Radio USA, Inc. (e-Radio USA), a broadcasting application development and datacasting firm, today announced that they will jointly test and market e-Radio USA products and services to radio broadcasters, automotive manufacturers and consumers for the delivery of targeted and personalized data content.

 

HD Radio technology is transforming the radio experience by offering dramatically improved sound quality on both the AM and FM bands, static-free reception, and wireless data services. Additionally, HD Radio technology enables broadcasters to simultaneously transmit audio and digital signals capable of delivering wireless data to in-vehicle and home receivers for a variety of consumer applications, including on-demand interactive traffic, news and weather information.
